Short Hiatus
After seeing the devastation from Hurricane Helene and the formation of Milton, we decided to drive home to NH for a week, leaving Emilie B secure in Florence, AL. It is a beautiful time to be in New England, but we remained worried for our family and friends as this hurricane season continues to be catastrophic.
These photos are from a couple of weeks ago as we made our way to Florence, enjoying the scenery and continued very warm weather. I don't expect to do another post for a few weeks since our plan is to stay in the Tennessee River area until November.
