Happy New Year!

Image
We arrived in our reserved slip on January 1st, exactly the day that we planned 12 months ago. Seems impossible that all the variables that are part of this adventure came together to put us here on this day. Those include 227 days on the boat, 217 boat movements, 651 running hours and 5300 miles. Not to mention the things we can't control, like the weather and locks.  We are now going to do a few boat projects and enjoy being in The Keys for the month. Once we start moving again, we'll send out a post.  Sending you our warmest wishes for a safe, healthy and happy 2025! We've had a busy few weeks making our way along the Alabama Gulf Shore and Florida's "Forgotten Coast". We feel fortunate to have had a weather window that worked out to cross the Gulf of Mexico from Carrabelle, FL to Clearwater, FL in time to enjoy Christmas week with Linda's family in St. Petersburg. We hope you all are enjoying the holidays and looking forward to a Happy and Healthy 2025!
